UpToDate is an evidence-based, peer-reviewed information resource available via the Web, desktop/laptop computer and mobile device. It covers over 8300 topics in 16 medical specialties. Physician editors and authors continuously review and update contents; an updated version is released every four months. UpToDate is the equivalent of an Evidence Based Textbook, that provides answers about patient care. Of significant importance is the fact that UpToDate receives no money from advertisers or commercial entities, and maintains editorial independence. For more details check out the website.
