I recently got introduced to Anita Kumar who is a III MBBS Student at the Dr DY Patil Medical College, Navi Mumbai. She invited me for an event that she and her colleagues organized today at the college. Hello friends In case you got sick of reading my "Away on vacation" and wondered if I had extended it, the answer to that is "No". I did return on the 1st of June but was jet lagged and a bit unwell for a couple of weeks. We then got deeply involved in an exhibition planning (Lakshmi has written about that) and a whole lot of other things! Dear Friends of QMed I am right now in the US on vacation AFTER a hectic two weeks. The first week - I was at the Annual Conference of the Medical Library Association. During the 2nd week, I visited the National Library of Medicine, the National Institutes of Health Library (both for formal visits) and then a quick tourist visit to the Library of Congress.
